VIP Hummer and Party Bus Hire owns more than one vehicle of the same size seating. There is little difference between them. Also, all our vehicle's are not listed on our website. If you have booked a bus through us, we cannot guarantee that this will be the exact vehicle you get for your event. There may be a change in availability near your booking date, or perhaps clients have more luggage than we expected. Another change in vehicle may be that there is a passenger difference near the date than your original booking.

In any case, we will do our utmost to send out the vehicle you booked.

Non-refundable deposits: Deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels. However, due to any certain unforeseen circumstances, or health issues, if you do cancel, we can hold your deposit for you so its not lost. You can use it for a future booking with us. 

Passenger limits: The maximum number of passengers allowed on the bus is stated.

Prohibited items: Rules against smoking, illegal drugs, and sometimes food or party poppers are common.

Behaviour expectations: Passengers must be respectful of the driver, other passengers, and the public.

Termination of service: Violating rules, extreme drunkenness, or unruly behaviour can lead to the termination of the journey and forfeiture of the deposit.

Liability for items: Our company is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the vehicle.

External factors: Our company may not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by adverse weather, road closures, or severe traffic.

Agreement to terms: By paying the deposit or booking, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions listed by the company.

Kids Birthdays / Days out: An adult is required to accompany the kids onboard for the full duration of the trip.
